Highly recommend. Organized the HK bakery class for a group of 16 as part of a bachelor party with many overseas guests. Victor and his team were very professional as they guided us through making pineapple buns, sausage rolls and egg tarts. The space is huge, modern and bright with a large table for tea and scones and an outdoor area too. We had some bubbles while cooking and everyone was excited to eat their creations. Victor is very patient and explained each step along the way. Really enjoyed it and a lovely afternoon!
I went here to do a cooking class pre covid for traditional hk class and it was really fun!
I enrolled my 2 kids in The Mixing Bowl's junior baker summer camp for 1 week and they had the time of their lives. The facilities were top notch, menu was well thought out and not just full of desserts and teachers really caring. My son was the youngest in the camp and they made sure he was always well supervised. The kids got to learn lots of useful basic cooking skills and came away from the week with a folder of recipes and an apron with their names on it which was a nice touch and great memento. Definitely will look into joining the camp again next year!
