Everything is just perfect here

A nice venue with classy old school interior. Good food choices but not perfect for the service. Most of the staff could not go extra mile, and the service and team quality went downhill since our visit in 2021. It’s proven from the usage and rental of power bank. Most of the staff provided conflicting info. to the guests while borrowing and returning the power bank. The visit in March 2025 was not that amazing when we found out the team were not that welcoming with some front desk staff. It’s disappointed that we need to advise them how to handle an easy task to boost the hospitality. At the end, we would need to call up the power bank service company directly to sort out our refund since the staff at Holt’s Cafe told us they would not be able to handle the issue. It’s interesting to note the borrow/rental and return of power bank was easy at the other venues but not here. Food: the latest offered croissant dough egg tart was good. However they served it at cold temperature. And you would need to ask them to go back to the kitchen to heat it based on the recommendation of the pastry chef. It was way better when it’s served warm.

Lobster E-fu noodles is superb. The noodles is so smooth and packed with umami. The lobster is so tender 👍
